The USB port is located on the waist so that the power bank can be put into the side pocket. The power switch is on the arm which makes the temperature adjustment much easier. Battery not included in this jacket.

A: Our minimum order is 300-800 pcs for each design. (different moqs for differnet jacket )

2. Do you offer free samples?

A: Yes, for stock products, sample can be send within 3 days. For order customized sample, we need about 7 days to produce it.

3. Can I get some discounts?

A: Yes, depending on your order amount, the more you order, the cheaper it willl be.

4. Can I have my logo on the product?

A: Yes,all products can be customized, it’s more than logos and brand; colors,size, pattern also can be changed by require.

5. How do I check the quality of products?

A: We have experienced QC team of our own and we also accept the inspection of your QC or the QC from third parties.

6. What about the lead time for mass products?

A: For order of 800 quantities, 60 – 90 days of production time is required.
